Cross country day

Hi bloggers today we will be talking about cross-country, this is when you run a long way so you can come in 1st place 2nd place and 3rd place so then you can get into cross-country zones. It was also fun run day so we were kicking soccer goals, skipping with skipping ropes and also an agility course. Once we completed all of it all of them you got a mark on your arm and letter for what it was. The year six's were separated into different year groups and when they weren't racing their group they were spread around the running course to guide the children. When they were skipping the year six's  were skipping with them playing and playing games and making sure they didn't hurt themselves . In kicking soccer goals six's were the goalies. And when it was the end the year sixes did the run and the year fives it was really really exciting for the year sixes because they were all very fast and everybody was very close.

The Taupo pools were very nice and had a little cool bombing area and a Tarzan rope you could swing of it was very fun and nice relaxing and it was a very big pool. We had finished and got dressed and we went back onto the bus for another couple of hours until you went to Huka Falls that was a whole lot of big waves in a big long stream of water. We went back onto the bus for another couple of hours and we finally arrived back at school to couple hours later and then we unpacked all of us stuff and greeted our parents we missed them very much. We went back home and had a great time it was very fun.

What I would say to the year 3 and 4 about camp is that they would have it good time and they wouldn't have to be scared even though their parents wouldn't be there but there friends would be there. You would have a great time there, it is very fun, and up on the mountain it's very fun doing skiing and snowboarding and sledding. It will be you year 3 and fours next time and you guys will have a great time and hopefully you guys have better weather than us.
