Maori god art

Hi bloggers, today I'll be telling you about Maori god art. We have been doing Maori god art for the last couple of weeks. What we did was we went into our art book and we drew a Maori god that we wanted. We read a book before and it had a lot of Maori gods like TU, god of Sea ,mother earth and sky father. We picked what we wanted and then we drew it in are art book. We had a big plan and then we coloured them and we did effects on to it and we had to add some thing that made it related to Maori.Then we got a good piece of paper and we drew it and then we got a permanent marker and went over the outlines and the details. Then we use pastel on it and it looked very good and it was super fun to make it. Once we had done it we went and put it on the wall and it looks super cool with all the other Maori Gods and we didn't have to exactly copy the book one you got to pick up own shape body and all of our own things to add on it as long as it was related to the god. I picked the god TU,TU is the god of man and war and looks really cool and also is red. A lot of people did it because we all thought he was super cool.
